Expected delivery times

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, express can take between 1-2 business days.  We've seen it before, telling your customers upfront is the easiest way to reduce delivery queries during the rush.

Express

Bookings Express will run one day behind schedule during this period, but will still move as a priority.Same-day and express

Normal: 1–2 days
BFCM: 1-3 days

Economy

Economy shipments follow standard service-level timing and won't be prioritised ahead of other levels during this period.Main and local

Normal: 2-4 days
BFCM: 2-5 days

Regional

Regional shipments will run two days behind schedule during this period, in line with normal area service days.
