Adding tracking on WooCommerce
Add Bob Go tracking to WooCommerce
Add the Bob Go tracking functionality on your WordPress admin portal:
- Navigate to Plugins in the left navigation pane and ensure that Bob Go is installed and up to date.
- On the plugin submenu, select Settings and ensure that the Shipping page selected is “Shipping details”. Save your changes.
- Next, navigate to Pages on the left navigation panel and find “Shipping details — Bob Go page”. This page allows customers to track their parcel directly through your website.
- To update the page name, click on Quick Edit and rename the title and slug to your preference.
Please note that once the “Shipping details — Bob Go page” has been created, the menu option should be available when the website is opened again.
