Yes. Your subscription still gives you full access to the platform and its features, even if you’re not shipping.
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that any outstanding balance will need to be settled, and your cancellation will take effect immediately once payment has been received.
The subscription fee is charged on the 1st of every month. If you choose a plan mid-month, the fee will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.
No, it does not. The subscription fee covers access to the platform, but you are still responsible for all shipping charges.
Yes. While the trial gives you access to the platform, any shipments made during the trial will still incur shipping charges.
