Bob Go is giving customers the chance to ship smarter and win big this February with the Ultimate Fulfilment Bundle valued at R75,000. Every qualifying shipment completed during the competition period counts toward entries into the lucky draw, with additional rewards available for new Bob Go customers. These terms and conditions outline the competition's rules, eligibility requirements, and the process for selecting the winner.

One winner will receive the Ultimate Fulfilment Bundle, valued at R75,000. This bundle  consists of the following items:

How to enter

Existing participants earn entries as follows:

• Every ten shipments booked and collected during the competition period is equal to one draw entry.
• There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn.

New Bob Go clients earn entries as follows:

• R1,000 in guaranteed shipping credits if they complete 30 shipments (booked and collected) during the competition period.
• Three bonus entries into the R75,000 prize draw.

For the purpose of this competition, a new Bob Go customer is defined as: a user who completes their first ever shipment on Bob Go between 3 February 2026 and 28 February 2026.

Important clarifications:

• Simply creating a Bob Go account does not qualify someone as a new customer.
• A new client status is based on the first transaction date (selection of paid subscription or creation of first shipment)
• If a user has shipped on Bob Go at any time before 3 February 2026, they are considered an existing customer.
• Each Bob Go account will be considered separately. Shipments made via sub-accounts will not be counted toward the main account’s entries.

Terms & conditions

1. Competition period

The competition runs from 3 February 2026 until 28 February 2026 (both days included). Only shipments booked and collected within this period will count toward entries.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to:

• South African residents with a valid ID over the age of 18. 
• Active Bob Go users with a valid Bob Go account.

The competition is not open to:

• Employees of Bob Group and their immediate families.
• Agents, suppliers, or partners directly involved in administering the competition.

3. Winner selection

• The winner will be drawn via a random draw on 15 March 2026 and announced on Bob Go’s social media platforms.
• The winner will be contacted via email and or phone. 
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 calendar days, Bob Go reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4. General conditions

• Fraudulent behaviour (e.g., duplicate users, artificial shipments, misuse of couriers) will lead to immediate disqualification.
• By entering, participants consent to their name being announced publicly on Bob Go’s social media platforms. No other personal details will be shared.
• The prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
