Rates at checkout is designed to enable merchants to set specific shipping options and how much they would like to charge their customers during the checkout process. Merchants can create multiple rates with set conditions within a service level taking the delivery area, weight, and order value into account to display these options. The specific type of rate required can then be selected, this includes dynamic rates, fixed rates, courier rates, formula rates, or no rates. Using rates at checkout offers greater transparency, reduces abandoned carts, provides more options to customers, and ultimately increases conversions. To set up the Comalytics Bob Go Shipping plugin on your nopCommerce website, start by registering a new Bob Go account. Once registered, contact the Bob Go support team to activate the API settings -this can be done via the chat feature when logged in. After activation, log into your Bob Go account and create two webhooks named Fulfillment created and Tracking updated using your live website URL as the Delivery URL. These can be added under Settings by clicking Add webhook subscription. Then, navigate to the API keys tab and click Create API key. Be sure to securely save both the Access key ID and Secret access key, as they won’t be accessible again.

With your Bob Go account configured, install the Comalytics Bob Go Shipping plugin on your nopCommerce site. In the plugin configuration, enter the origin address and the API URL, and input the saved Access Key ID and Secret Access Key. Ensure the Append SKU in Item description option is checked under the Misc Settings tab. Save and activate the plugin, and make sure your site is set to use this shipping method. Importantly, go to Configuration > Widgets and activate the Bob Go widget – without this, orders won’t process after payment.
