How Rekisa integrates with Bob Go

An order is placed on the Rekisa store. The customer pays for the order and shipping costs*.

The order pulls through to Rekisa admin. Payment from the sale is captured.

Order pulls through to the Bob Go dashboard.

Order information is updated on Rekisa admin.

The courier collects and delivers parcel.

Upon order fulfillment, a collection request is sent to the courier.
The merchant must print the automated waybill and attach it to the parcel.
Tracking updates are emailed to the customer.
The parcel is collected and subsequently delivered by courier.

Good to know:

*The amount that your customer pays for shipping at checkout must be set up on Rekisa or on Bob Go by using the rates at checkout feature.
Rates at checkout are enabled by default when the app is installed. However, it must still be enabled on Bob Go.
Removal of fulfilled items from an order will not be communicated back to Bob Go.
Tracking on Bob Go will be affected if the AfterShip app is used.
Merchants are encouraged to check the settings for product weights and metrics.
