Activation

To enable this feature on your account, navigate to settings in the left navigation pane. In the shipping sub-menu, enable sticker label printing under waybills.

Follow the printer installation guide below to set up your PDF printer.

Setup and installation

Please note that the installation process may differ depending on your specific printer.

1
Connection options

USB: Connect the printer to your PC/Mac using a USB cable and power it on.

LAN (if supported): Connect the printer to your local network (LAN) using a network cable and power it on. Make sure your network is configured to automatically assign IP addresses (DHCP) or refer to your printer manual for instructions on how to manually configure your printer’s IP address.

1
Download installation drivers

Download the installation drivers for your operating system from the website of your specific PDF label printer.

3
Install and run

Once the installation drivers are downloaded, navigate to the applicable folder and open the label printer file. Complete the installation process by following the prompts.

4
Set default device/printer

Open your system preferences, navigate to printers and scanners and ensure that the PDF printer is set as your default printer.

5
Finalising installation

Once the device/printer has been set, log in to your Bob Go account, navigate to shipments and print a PDF sticker waybill.

6
Print label

After printing your first shipping label, you need to make sure that the alignment of the sticker is correct – in other words, that all the information is visible on the sticker and that nothing is cut off on the sides. If this is not the case, then it will require you to recalibrate the label printer.

7
Recalibrating the printer

Each printer has different steps to perform a quick calibration. In order to confirm the exact steps to calibrate your specific printer, search for your printer make and model number on Google.
