An order is placed on the WooCommerce store. The customer pays for the order and shipping costs*.
The order pulls through to WooCommerce admin. Payment from the sale is captured.
Order pulls through to the Bob Go dashboard.

- A shipping rate is selected and the order is fulfilled.
Order information is updated on your store admin.
- The order status is updated as "completed".
The courier collects and delivers parcel.
- Upon order fulfillment, a collection request is sent to the courier.
- The merchant must print the automated waybill and attach it to the parcel.
- Tracking updates are emailed to the customer.
- The parcel is collected and subsequently delivered by courier.
