- Tracking updates are emailed to the customer.
- The parcel is collected and subsequently delivered by courier.

- *The amount that your customer pays for shipping at checkout must be set up on your store admin or on Bob Go by using the rates at checkout feature.
- The plugin is required to be installed and kept updated for all features on Bob Go to work correctly - specifically rates at checkout and the rule engine.
